[ swim platform not included on 52' boats ], swim ladders, picnic tables on roof, fish cleaning station, aerated bait wells, one 16' fishing boat with swivel seats and gas barbecue grill. Also equipped with bottled well water, all cooking utensils, fire extinguisher and coffee maker.
